Embroidered patches are stitched in thread on a twill base with a merrowed or heat-cut edge. Pick from 9 twill colours and up to 9 thread colours, in any shape up to 12 inches.

Artwork tips

  • Bold shapes and text stitch the cleanest. Keep lettering at least ¼" tall.
  • Up to 9 thread colours. For photos, gradients or fine detail, DTF embroidered patches are a better fit.
  • Send a PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file.

How to order

  1. Upload your art.
  2. Pick a shape and type the width you want. The height follows your art.
  3. Choose your twill colour, border and backing: iron-on adhesive, sew-on or Velcro.
  4. Enter how many you need and add to cart. The price per patch drops as your quantity goes up.

Minimum order $150 for patches and specialty transfers combined, so you can mix styles to get there. Patches take 7–10 business days. Our team checks every file before production, and we’ll reach out if anything needs a tweak.
