DTF embroidered patches put a full colour print on twill and finish it with a stitched border, so photos, gradients and fine detail come through sharp. No limit on colours.

Artwork tips

  • High resolution art gives the sharpest print. Aim for 300 dpi at the size you order.
  • Send a PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file.

How to order

  1. Upload your art.
  2. Pick a shape and type the width you want. The height follows your art.
  3. Choose your twill colour, border and backing: iron-on adhesive, sew-on or Velcro.
  4. Enter how many you need and add to cart. The price per patch drops as your quantity goes up.

Minimum order $150 for patches and specialty transfers combined, so you can mix styles to get there. Patches take 7–10 business days. Our team checks every file before production, and we’ll reach out if anything needs a tweak.
